If you are new to me or new to doing inner work, this is a good place to start, as I consider this the foundation of my work and the healing and growth journey I take people on. Emotional alchemy is all about healing. It is about healing your relationship with yourself, the people in your life and the world around you. It is about reconnecting with yourself, your power, your truth and your essence. Alchemy is the ancient process of changing one matter into another. Emotional alchemy is about transforming your pain and trauma and into something that no longer holds you down.You have reached a place in your life where you realize that feeling pain and having wounds is not an excuse for how you behave and show up in the world. You are ready to take responsibility for your experiences and emotions.

In order to build the life that you want and be able to ‘give’, you must first be nourished.You cannot pour from an empty cup. And your foundation must first be in tact before you can build on it. The foundation of this work is about personal power and learning that the answers and the solution are not outside of you. The truth, authority and power does not live outside of you, but rather exists deep within each of us. Many have just lost access to it.

Earth is a school for the soul, and this work is bootcamp for the soul.The work and gift of emotional alchemy is learning to take full responsibility for our experiences – ranging from all the pain to all the joy – and fully stepping into out power and essence. This journey is about getting to know yourself in a way that you have never known yourself before. Getting sovereign access to the deepest parts and power within you–your life force. So that you are no longer operating from your wounds, but instead from your truth.

Emerging
Emerging; Blossom; Becoming; Growth; Life by Design

When we have started our healing journey and our basic needs are being met, we can start focusing on creating the life and relationships that we want. This is the stage where the seedling is working and spouting deep underground. In the dark, moist soil, and like crack opens, and sprouts of the seed. This process takes time. As it is growing upwards towards the surface, it may look like nothing is happening.

In this period we discover who we are, what we want and the direction we want to move in. It’s about slowing waaay down. More Being. Less Doing. We focus on our inner world–the “lost city of Atlantis”– and as we transform our inner world and create a fertile ground, we lay the foundation and sow the seeds for our future. As we work on our inner world, our outer world begins to transform as well, because as the Law of Correspondence states: “As above, so below; As within, so without. ”You focus more on what is true, rather than what is conditioned. You focus on love and need rather than fear and wants.

As you continue to grow (also within yourself), you reap the fruits of what you have sown.
Eventually you have more than what you need, and you can share with others.

Service & Purpose
Essence; Service; Purpose; Love; Beyond self; Union of human & divine

Once we have more than what we need, we are able and want to share with others.We know that we can take care of ourselves fully and this now happens on its own. Eating well, exercising well, etc. will only take you so far. At that point you can move into the stage of living in love – Service and & Purpose. You now know that you are here to give. Many of us reach a stage in our lives where we realize that no amount of money, or anything the external world can give, is truly fulfilling .Instead we find that true joy, happiness and fulfilment, come from love and loving beyond ourselves

Our purpose becomes to continue growing in consciousness and loving beyond our own edges. Beyond the fears and limitations. Beyond conditions. We become in service to something bigger than ourselves and our own little needs. As we give our hearts fully, we grow beyond ourselves. We discover that our true purpose is to raise our own consciousness and vibration and that of the plants. To be inservice to consciousness and love on planet earth.

The inner union: Union of inner masculine (father god) and feminine (mother god) I am love. “I am that, I am” I am service Union of human and the divine/spirit.
