My Approach:

Uncovering the Root of Your Emotions

I find that emotions and experiences like anxiety, worry, overwhelm, stress, sadness, numbness, hopelessness, etc. cover deeper emotions and beliefs.

For true and lasting transformation, I believe that’s necessary to uncover the root of the problem. Childhood wounds, triggers, toxic relationship dynamics, limiting beliefs and fears can all be transformed through awareness, acceptance, humility and presence.

If you haven’t had success with traditional therapies, I can help.

I work in a non-traditional way, looking at you as a unique individual.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Meta-Cognitive Therapy and other ‘classic’ approaches give you tools to cope, but rarely get to the roots cause of your struggles.

Many of clients will tell me that working with me is the first time they feel truly ‘seen’ by their therapist and that it’s the first time they feel hope of getting long-lasting results.

Together we’ll explore what lies beneath these difficult emotions and experiences and transform the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have you struggling.
