Expat Coaching

As an expat, you might be feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or struggling to find your place in your new country.

I Understand Your Journey. As someone who has lived abroad myself – I’m half Danish, half Colombian, grew up around the world and have been a digital nomad – I know the emotional roller-coaster that comes with life in a new country.

I provide tailored sessions, therapy and coaching, for expats who desire to feel more grounded and help you create a deeper sense of peace and belonging.

“I know first hand the struggle of living abroad. That’s why I turned my experiences and tools into a thriving community of 2000+ people on MeetUp in Copenhagen.”

"Before working with Laura, I felt completely lost in my new country. Through our sessions, I’ve been able to navigate not only the logistics of living abroad but also my deeper emotional struggles. I understood that the anxiety I was feeling after moving abroad, was actually rooted in deeper self-esteem issues that came to light after my move. After working with Laura I feel more grounded and confident than ever before."
