My job

My job is to hold your hand, guide you into yourself. I ask you questions, reflect back what I see, help you identify your patterns and help you make the right decisions for you.

I cannot make you do the work, and wont make you tackle what you’re not ready to, but I will highlight where you are not taking responsibility for your life and this process.

I will give you assignments, meditations, reflections and specific tools and practices to change your patterns and build new habits.

Your commitment

True transformation takes time.

I ask that you are willing to commit to this process for a minimum of 3 months.

After that we design our sessions for what best suits your process and needs.

Our connection call is designed to explore the potential for a working together.

I am deeply committed to my clients, and it is important that there is mutual respect and connection between us.

What Working Together Looks Like

Flexible Scheduling – I offer sessions online, giving you the flexibility to receive support wherever you are.

Session Structure – Each session lasts 60 minutes. You can book weekly, bi-weekly, or on a flexible basis to suit your needs.

Between sessions we will design exercises, practices, experiments and research for you to do in your daily life to practice and embody what we are working on.

Safe, Compassionate Space – Every session is a judgment-free space where you can freely explore whatever is on your mind.

FAQs

  • I only offer sessions online (occasionally I do workshops in Copenhagen, or pop-ups in other countries). The connection call is there to give you a feel for what it’s like having sessions online. I’ve never met anyone who wasn’t pleasantly surprised by it.

  • In our first session, we’ll talk about what you’re struggling with, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about therapy. From there, we’ll start crafting a plan that feels right for you.

  • Not at all. The first session is a space for you to share what’s on your mind and explore what you want to work on. Come as you are—I’ll guide the process.

  • Yes, absolutely. If you’re working with someone else, we can tailor our sessions to complement that work and focus on areas where you feel you need extra support.
