1:1 Coaching & Therapy Sessions

Flexible Scheduling – I offer sessions online, giving you the flexibility to receive support wherever you are.

Session Structure – Each session lasts 55 minutes. You can book weekly, bi-weekly, or on a flexible basis to suit your needs.

Safe, Compassionate Space – Every session is a judgment-free space where you can freely explore whatever is on your mind.
